SakuraChic offers multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 3-14 business days (varies by destination)
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM local time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide with the following considerations:

Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Some remote locations may have limited shipping options.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
