Refund Eligibility
At SakuraChic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Special occasion wear (Party Wear) must be returned within 14 days
- Customized or altered items cannot be refunded
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact customer service to confirm the return
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging
- Include the completed return form (we'll email this to you)
- Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable method
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Digital wallet refunds are typically processed within 24 hours
- Gift card purchases will be refunded as store credit
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
- Underwear and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Products purchased during special promotions unless defective
International Returns
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Please allow additional processing time for international returns
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
